06-01-2009, 04:06 PM I know E3 has been mentioned in other places, mainly about the PSP Go!, i thought i would create a thread that i can keep updating with E3 news as it happens. So that's exactly what i will do, with all information, not just PSP stuff.
So far:
360 Announcements, all from the MS News Conference, June 1st:
- Mass Effect 2 confirmed for January 2010
- Beatles Rock Band information released with 10 songs revealed, release date 09/09/09.
- All You Need Is Love will be a 360 DLC exclusive.
- Tony Hawk Ride information given, Tony Hawk displayed the skateboard controller.
- COD : Modern Warfare 2 footage shown.
- Exclusive FF 13 footage shown on 360, in English. Summons shown for the first time. Spring 2010 release scheduled.
- Next EPIC game revealed - Shadow Complex, an XBLA game.
- Joy Ride, another XBLA game is revealed. It's a new game to feature your avatars in it. It will be FREE.
GAMES ANNOUNCED:
- CRACKDOWN 2. Short trailer shown, no real details.
- LEFT 4 DEAD 2 - Short Trailer shown, Out November 17th.
- Splinter Cell: Conviction - 360 Exclusive. Live Demo shown. Fall Release.
- FORZA MOTORSPORT 3. Short trailer shown, then real in game footage. Has on board view, and you can flip cars on crashes. New 60fps racing engine. 400 Cars from 50 manufacturers. Has video editing features. Clearly going right after GT5. Out October 09.
- HALO:ODST. Gameplay trailer shown, improved graphics over 3. You play as a rookie. Out September 22nd.
- SECRET BUNGIE PROJECT REVEAL - HALO REACH.
- Alan Wake gameplay shown. Release date Spring 2010.
New Live/Dashboard Features:
- Last.FM coming to Xbox Live. Free to Gold Members.
- More details on Sky/360 combo.
- Video Marketplace rebranded Zune video. Streaming HD video, no downloads.
- FACEBOOK ON 360! That's huge. View photos, news feeds, friend linker.
- TWITTER ALSO ON 360! Post to Twitter from the 360. Both arriving this Fall.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:

SECOND BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:
- Motion Controller Announced. You are the controller. Full body motion capture. Facial Recognition and video chat. Voice Recognition. Two cameras and a microphone mount under the TV. It's called "PROJECT NATAL".
PS3 Announcments:
- WipEout HD: Fury confirmed - expansion pack will add 8 tracks, 3 new game modes and 13 new ship models.

- Blizzard's Mike Morhaime has said that Starcraft II will be released this year as long as it "meets our standards and the expectations of our players".
- Lego Harry Potter confirmed - based on movies 1-4.
- Two new Monkey Island projects (360, PC and Wii)
