Today, I received a silver chain from my aunt. Expensive shit, I wanna keep it nice.

Is it ok to take showers with it and sleep with it? I don't really wanna take it off or I could loosen the grip on the chain.

This is not a troll post, this is a serious question.

It will tarnish, but very slowly.

Rust is oxidized iron so if it's iron-free it won't rust.

It will accumulate small indentations, or at least mine did.

If it's 100% real silver, it shouldn't be a problem, methinks. It only really tarnishes, oxodizes, or stains your skin when it's not pure or it's fake silver.

If its 100% pure sliver, it won't rust.
But then again, it probably isn't pure sliver, else it would be extremely malleable.

Ask the guy whom you bought it from to know the exact metals/alloys used in the said necklace.

It has bumps due to acidity. Or rough handling. I wouldn't risk it. It get burnished.

    EDIT: TARNISHED!!

a sliver necklace might hurt, after all slivers can get into your skin and are hard to pull out

I never take mine off and I've have had it about a month and it looks really good
    I has helped?

    What kind of necklace exactly?
You have my curiosity as to how it looks.
Also, is it just a necklace, or does it have any type of charm or anything on it?
Comsmological Quantum Physics suggests, that if this universe is as real as we believe it is, it must have been cast into reality by an external observer. A god? And yet paradoxically, how can their be anything external in an all inclusive universe?
