Just get a 2-in-1 USB data cable running at a mere $5 dollars at your local Walmart and you can charge it on your comptuer/laptop. Im not sure how much chargers are.

05-23-2006, 03:28 AM Julie, it doesn't charge off memory, but there are lots of tutorials to take like, a 5volt charger (or whatever the psp charger is) and cut off the end, then solder it to a usb, which outputs 5 volts. It still plugs in to the charger input on the psp, put instead of an electrical outlet, you plug it into your usb, which is where it gets all it's power from. They are also sold on websites and from 3rd parties at department stores and electronic stores.

05-23-2006, 12:41 PM I've always wanted to try splicing a USB charger and, not a PSP charger, but an old 5v plug to gether so when you hook up to your computer, it charges right away and you can transfer data.
