Ok, i know this is generally a comedy section, but this is annoying me.
Ok, i was trying to edit a video and tryed to put in to wmm, and it said the video cant be played. it was mp4. so i changed it to avi. it wouldn't do that either. i then tryed 3 different movie editors. now, noeone of my video files will play. Help?

Right, so you're saying you're trying to import video to windows movie maker and it won't accept them?
What about actually just playing them, with VLC Media Player or something?
Ok, i jsut discovered its not all of them. I think it might be just my mp4 files, but the thing is, i got an avi. and it wouldn't go in there either.

Ok, i think its just avi.s and mp4's. They won't go in to Windows movie maker, and i think Wmm can play Avi.s, right?
No idea, I don't use it, but remember MP4 and AVI are just containers, they can contain many different codecs inside them, so just because one works, another may not.
