ok this is a PC problem. I was playing on Project 64 the other day and i pushed escape to switch to full screen mode. The full screen mode engages, but it only has a like 5x5in square/rectangle in the centre of the screen. Ive tried updating my divers and switching to window'ed mode and administrator, all that jazz.
    Specs.

    Intel Atom 1.7 Ghz
    1gb RAM
    Intel Chipset 940
    Windows 7 Starter Edition

I'm not a massive P.c wizard, but it only happens when your playing the emulator right?

Did you upgrade from xp/vista to windows 7?

Sounds like a configuration you've got a bit wrong somewhere.
