I don't give a fuck. When I was 16 I got with a 20 year old who was completely sober. Anyways, in NY, the age of consent is 17, and if one person is over 18 and another is under 18, the maximum age difference is set to 4 years, else the former is a pedophile.

2-3 years max while in school (little awkward for a high schooler to be dating a 6th grader) but once you're out in the world the skies the limit (no pedophiles though keep it 18 and above)

i don't see anything wrong with that age frame, in NJ it's 16 for the limit to give consent...but with lawyers and parents, that could get turned on you based on your gap in ages...
