    The title to the thread was "Best Albums of the 90's"

    The megahit you are referring to wasn't released until 2001. I am guessing you were probably born in the 90's and that would explain you missing alot of great music and thinking a soundtrack from a video game is a Best Album of any decade. I will give you some credit you didn't say the soundtrack form Dance Dance Revolution....

    Well a mix CD would not work anyway, because a mix is not an album, an album is a studio release(hard for me to explain) a mix or greatest hits is taking songs people liked the most, off more than one album

    also i agree with killer and Micro about those being incredible, great albums
