and also my sisters love it. am feeling that am being dragged also into this locoroco mania... also...the locorocos... they are too familiar to my childhood, the locorocos are shaped like some toys I used to play with when I was about 4~6 years old, and the songs, too...
well it will be buried with the past but always is nice to remember things.

haha, yeah, it's pretty addicting, just have them buy the game, lol, my mom got addicted to super mario land on the original gameboy when I was borrowing it from a friend, so she bought it and used to borrow my gameboy to play it, lol, but she'd always give it to me to get her past the water level with the submarine, lol. yeah, so like she read all of her books this summer and wanted to start playing it again and so I just gave her my gameboy, since I haven't played it in over 12 years, she was so happy, lol.

my mom is/was addicted to these:

    Psp:
    - Solitaire Spider (homebrew)
    - Burnout Legends (WTF??!!!)

    Ds:
    - Super Mario 64 DS (minigames)
    - Pictochat

    GBC:
I had a 999 games cartridge that really had only 9 games but the games were renamed and listed until 999 with different names. for example, pokemon blue (the first in the list) appears again at the number 10, with the number of "super pokemon" and again in the 19... and continously... the last game was a "japanese" language black jack game. my mom learned with a single try to set the options and It was very surprizing for example when I woke up a sunday at 6 am and there was she playing.
also she got addicted to the sanke game of the gbc, included in the same cartridge.

My dad was very excited when he first experienced that he could create a car with his custom settings in "gta pimp my garage portable" and then see the car in real game. (he's a car designer and tester, he was very happy of control and making a mess up of physics and values of a car)

and my uncle (who's last gaming experience was a lot of years in the past, within the release of "pong" almost had a heart attack when I showed he first the pong portable... then you can imagine the things he experienced when I left he for a day my psp with lord of the rings, gta, burnout, untold, worms, need for speed,...

and my grandma agreed with me that loco rocos were cute

my sisters... with loco roco: the experience
    1. when loco roco sings, my sisters were so... you know, when a girl is very happy and excited...
2.when a little loco roco was eaten by a moja... my lil sister cryed
    3. my sister spent almost half an hour watching the animation of loco rocos when you dont press anything (when the screen zooms in, and the loco rocos dance)

I played it and got into it for a week or 2, and my fiance's beat it twice n she is playing it again... it's worth the money if you like simple control games like that... hehe
