sorry if im taking you too much as a noob but you do know you need a CFW (custom firmware, aka hack) to run ISO/CSO's?

a n1000 is also refered to "GO", right? if all you want to do is just play ISO games then PRO B10 will do. you can get LME but that is a nanosecond slower and has different features than PRO.

Get PRO B-10 CFW from here:
    https://code.google.com/p/procfw/dow...1.rar&can=2&q=

inside the folder you'll have a folder called "PSP", in it: "GAME", in it "PROUPDATE" & "fast recovery" & "CIPL falsher"

go to your psp now into:
    /PSP/GAME/
and copy the 2 folders "PROUPDATE" & "fast recovery" into the /GAME folder

so your new directories will look like:
    /PSP/GAME/PROUPDATE/EBOOT.PBP
    &
    /PSP/GAME/fast recovery/EBOOT.PBP

(forget about "CIPL_Flasher" that's a permanent patch only for 1000 and 2000 models)

Go back to your psp into the games section, run "PRO UPDATE" first.
now you cant get permanent CFW on your model (only if it's 6.20 then there is a chance) so every time you turn on your psp you'll need to run the fast recovery to load the CFW modules into the RAM, this means that if you keep your psp always on sleeps mode: it will always be there.

Then your "legally backed up" iso games will work.
