Ok so this is how it is. this little punk boy goes and gets an empt milk carton out of the trash and throws it. It hits a Dr. Pepper and gets everything wet. My monitor goes black but is till on had to grab the PSP and move it before it got wet anhd he throws it again and hits the other Dr. pepper. I didn't even know about all these Dr. peppers on top of my desk. but it seeks through and will not work so i had to find another monitor to use and this ones color is horrible. is there a way to fix the other one. also my i flipped my keyboard over and a lot of Dr. pepper dumped out but it still works but should i do anyhting so it doesn't break later. this is my favorite keyborad the other ones suck.

I would take the keys off and wipe it clean so the keys don't get sticky. and who the fuck did this? i'd kick their ass and hold them hostage for a new monitor...

use some good'ol windex. It fixes everything. Just spray a bit on that keyboard and BAM all done. Well after wiping of course...

Many years in IT have taught me many lessons, coffee, soda and some other things I wont mention in keyboards, best thing to do is pull all the keys off using a butter knife or a thin flat head screw driver, then rinse your keyboard under HOT water for about 5-10 minutes, then with the key side down, place the keyboard on a towel and let dry over night, if its not dry enough the next day, a hair dryer can be used.

Now onto your monitor, unfortunately it does not sound like the monitor was unplugged immediatly, if it had been, you could actually save the monitor.
You would need to leave it unplugged for 24 hours, then remove the outer cover of the monitor, then I would suggest some 75% alchohol to clean it out, then use a hair dryer to dry it, bad thing is the soda contains sugar, and sugar can adhere to many things, thats where the alcohol comes into play, but as I said, I don't think you saved your monitor, since it continued to be plugged in , and more then likely fried numerous areas of the circuit board.

P.S. Julie, luv the new avatar
