(there is the reference to what your refering to i think)
OMG am watching it on TV.
Its was a little comercial plane, crashed in manhattan in a residential building.
the building wasnt important also the plane wasnt.
its sound to be like an accident.
damn news am watching, a lil plane just crasheed and now the show titles like
"terrorist strikes back" "terror reborn" "planes keep crashin' and fallin' "
its just an accident. if it were terrorism it would be at least again a govt building, an important hotel, an important company, or even the liberty statue.
Um, it was a fixed wing aircraft flying with VFR (Visual Flight Rules) and um, today is a pretty gloomy foggy, and rainy day in New York. It crashed into the West side of the Bel-Air Building, which houses Medical Offices and Multi Million dollar apartments. The only injury as of right now is the pilot of the plane, FDNY is on the scene and they're getting people out, the plane hit the 31 and 32 floors of a 40 something story building. That's all I can recall from it right now
PSP_bro: you know how the media is though... people living elsewhere don't know that. CNN makes it as though it's a terrist attack (for their ratings naturally).
thanks for clarifying the issue though.. at least it isn't a big deal after all.
but the apartments are at a very exclusive place in manhattan, multi million bux places indeed, as psp bro said.
there must be a rich guy working somewhere, or in a party, or in vacation, then he comes home and see he's apartment in flames and says Ã ¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚¡Ho ly Shit!my apartment is on tha flames!
so poor rich guy who lived where the plain crashed.
Yea, I live here and both my Parents are media here, so I get info prety easily, surprisingly enough, Fox 5 (a joke for local news here, it's all about CNN, NBC, and CBS) had the best coverage because their dispatch place for the reporters was only 5 blocks away. But yea, not terrorism, no need to worry about that, just hope the pilot and anyone in the building is ok.
lol five blocks away... take that cnn!!! joke news won!
Haha yea, and one of the people they were interviewing was like "Um, I was on the phone, then I was watching CNN....Errr another news station, Sorry....etc"
it was hilarious because that was on Fox
oh yea, but NBC had the fastest, because NBC News' Vice President was standing right there when it happened
id be scared seeing a building of fire, especially on an airplane in NYC..
I see you got another $250 dollars comin youre way PSPBRO.
oh, I got that a few weeks ago, never changed the sig though, now I need 1 more for yourfreeflatscreens, I'm also paying 5 dollars for a non cc site
Also, up to 4 people killed as of right now
the plane was owned by Yankees Pitcher cory lidle
He's feared dead after his passport was found at the scene
There's a press conference in a few
baseball conspiracy maybe?
what about killing a yankee in his own city?
also newssaid the wing of the plane had a repair session few before flying.
oh yeah i watched latin america cnn (spanish cnn news) and they only words sayd "terrorist, terrorism, 9/11, blah, blah, again, is this the war?, hussein, binladen, al qaeda, and korea"
At least he was a better pilot than he was a pitcher.
I find your choice in words distastefulOriginally Posted by mofo196
