Ok well i saw it last night, and damn it was great! The Venom parts were the best, but if there was no sandman and venom was in it longer it would be better.

sandman was nessesary to kick the everliving shit out of spiderman at the end, and also because he MADE the battle scene epic, or else everything in that final scene wouldnt have been fun
