Help! Pc Screwed Up!

hey guys i was on a laptop playin habbo an i closed IE then opened it again,
then a messege came up sayin "CRITICAL ERROR" on the box, it said
like plz download antivirus IE7.3 r somthin an its a work pc an the work will fire THE PERSone FOR UNOTHERISED USAGE and i will be soooo screwed
soo plz help, i can send screenshots if needed,

PLEASE HELP ME THE PERSON WIL GET FIRED CUZ OF ME, MY LIFE WILL BE SCREWED(4 at least a week)

well have you tried rebooting it? if you still get errors just man up and tell the truth.

its a scam i found it out cuz wen i went on internet it popped up but i ran a anti virus thing an it found it an deleted it but now every time the internet comes up it has a stupid message an if u say no it forces the browser to their site and runs a online scan an u cant:exit the tab, close the internet, switch tabs(aka u ar stuck) an if u say no to their website is says internet explorer has stopped working and needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience.

Try reinstalling IE. Sounds like IE got hijacked. Trying running Ad-Aware, try running a virus scanner and Hi-Jack This. If you don't know what those things are or can't run them Confidently Then just do what NuMB3Rs said and man up.

ZIE has settings to disable all add-ons and reset to default. Do that. It may not remove the problem but it will probably disable it.

i would really suggest ad-aware...or just back up all his data....and reinstall the OS
