are you certain that you want a full touchscreen? 90% of the people i know that have touchscreen phones hate them.. the other 10% are fan boys and will love whatever apple throws at them.
If i were to get a touchscreen i would get the htc touch pro, or htc touch diamond.. if i had the money, the samsung omnia

My boss just bought six company iPhones(3G). I wasn't important enough to get one, though. So right now I got my Samsung SGH-A707. Nothing special about it at all. Everyone seems to have one of them. Got a 512 memory stick in it for music while I'm working at the desk and it's big enough to fit two low-resolution movies on it, as well. I have 'I Am Legend' and 'Austin Powers 3' on it at the moment.
