personaly i think the ds sucks first of all it looks like cheap toy it could do only half of what the psp can do third of all it has 2 screens any body else here hate the ds?

yea, i am pretty sure there is a thread somewhere about psp v.s. ds on the forum, but what ever, the ds is good for people like 9 yr. olds. My sister has one, she is ten, and if it suites her, then i don't really talk about it. because the more i tell her it sucks, the worste she feels, and one of my goals is to take care of my little sister. However if I had the extra money laying around, i would buy her one. But right now i don't even have one.

anyway the DS is cool its like the wii. its not for 9year olds dumbass. Alot of the ds owners are older like 20-30. just like the wii its for the casual gamer, not the hardcore serious gamer. the games are actually more fun than the psp, they may not look as good though.

yea, but thats the whold point for the 2 screens so it can be touch. But if the had 1 screen and touch screen after about a months worth of use, the screen might look like shit, bplus the touch screen has pretty shit graphix, so they have a screen for touch and graphix. And i only said for around 9yeras old because the only people i know that have them are younger. I know theres 8-10 year olds out there with psp's but i think its more for the older games. And i don't know alot of adults that play games period, yet alone hand helds.

the ds is NOT cool and rarely you see a 2O- 30 year old gamer playing one most ppl that age own a psp but i agree with u SOME games are kinda fun.

yea, uh your just triple posted, i know you might be new, but try to avoid that. but yea, somegames r ok , i like the crash game, and beleive it or not happy feet is ok.

For games that look wickit and fast, go for the PSP. If you dont care about graphics and just want some games for the fun of it your just as good off with a DS. What can i say, the two are just so different.

I own both, 90% of the time I use the PSP and my girlfriend the DS. She likes the DS better and doesnt care how it looks (heck, she doesnt even know what 'resolution' is)..... Boys are just more into graphics and looks I guess!

I like the DS, I like playing mario kart.. I don't have a DS anymore because they don't have games that suite me (not that there isn't any good games out) I'm just not into them. But I don't care about graphics, thats why I still play my N64.. If the games are good graphics don't matter.. Graphics help game rating but..

If the psp did not have any homebrew or any open firmwires, you all would be psp haters.

You have to take it from a gamers perspective, not a players perspective.
Both systems are perfectly fine and I see no large differences between the two.
Younger kids do go for the DS, and so do many adults aswell. The Ds has classic games that the psp lacks. There is perhaps a few PSP games that are worth the money to be bough while the rest I wouldnt touch unless they were almost free. While the DS has many good games coming out and aimed for all ages instead of a certain group.

Yea, i never looked at the psp without the homebrew. But i more like the psps ability to have the best handheld graphix and mp3, and video capability.If only there was a feature to chat with other psp users.

I had a friend who bought a DS just to play the new Mario.

He played it for about a month and never touched it again.
