ps3 gamesaves that have add-ons.

seeing as how my parents think that if u use a credit card online you will have ur identity stolen and how i dont have a credit card, i cant get add-ons for games. so i was wondering if u have a gamesave that has an add-on and i downloaded it would i have the add-on that u had? for instance in NFS:ProStreet there is a Bugatti Veyron for download (im not sure if its in the game otherwise since i dont own the game) and lets say u bought the Bugatti add-on and then upload ur gamesave that has the Bugatti in it, would the people who download ur gamesave also have the Bugatti?

No, the addons are not saved via gamesaves, they are saved under game utility or whatever it's called.

I'm not sure but I heard of the game sharing where you get like 5 downloads per purchase... Maybe it applies to addons as well?

awwwww how nice. if my brother would use his credit card i would share with people. one thing i would be hessitant about is that u have to give them ur account log in info. theres a thread somewhere around here about the whole process tho.

yeah, add-ons can be traded just like psn games. I've traded someone for the rfom add-ons.

I'm not sure about this, but I suppose it would work.
If you want, you could get a prepaid Visa gift card to use with the PSN network for downloads.
You could just put like $10 on there to buy the add-on, and be cool from there.

I'm wanting to get a couple things from there, so I might look into this further/try it soon.
