Flashing 360 dvd drive.. vid included

hi i think i have followed the guide word for word, but my flash drive wont boot, i have tried it on different machines and still no luck, i have added a video of what i have done so far, any suggestions on what i can do would be a great help..

When i go to boot it of my comp it just hangs on 'Verifying DMI pool', on another machine it says the same sort of thing, forgotten to be honest

I have the Samsung MS25

Make sure you view the Putfile video in 'Full Screen' as the quality is poor otherwise

Instead of booting from the xbox360 drive, boot with a spare sata drive or HDD. Once it has booted to the dos screen just hot swap the sata drive/HDD sata cable over to the xbox360 drive and continue flashing......Are you using the 360 to power your drive or an external kit?
