wow what a horrible move. their WW2 games were what like maybe top 10 most played online, then they do modern warfare and its number 1 for like a year. so lets go back to the old way. WW2 is so played out, all these WW2 games are the same damn thing, they just get better graphics....

Im with Sullivan. COD4 was the only COD i liked. WWII has been beaten to death. I would like to see them do something modern and edgy instead of doing WWII again...

Well Call of Duty pretty much took over the WW2 genre, the best of the best... Medal of Honor was at the top of their game... but then these guys came out and in pretty much strapped a helmet to your head and tossed a gun in your hand... and you shit yourself as you walked into enemy fire...

Don't get me wrong I played and had all of the MOH games... but COD just felt better... my heart pumped faster like nothing other... sweat pored out of my armpits till i was soking wet... then the Expation packs came out... took you even further into the battlefield... people started playing the game with diapers on... cuz it was so intense... people wanted more and more... COD2 came out and bluw us away... better grafix, better game play... more realistic fighting... then if want to go further... Tactical Realism Clans popped up and took it even further... Cod went to the Modern War cuz they couldn't really think of anything else better... we can't really make a Cod3 back in WW2 again cuz we already covered most of the mission that took place...

so the Modern Took the world by storm... and all the Vets from Cod2 shit themselves once again... along with New players that have entered the Cod world... but they there was a power struggle... some players loved the Modern aspect.. and others didn't really feel that same Good Vs. Evil... we must take this Bridge or my family at home will be slaves... to Hitler... I liked Cod4 it was the same game but Modern... every single gun now has a scope... all guns are full auto... and now... we can shoot though walls... noticed I said Liked... as I sit back and watch my friends play cod4... it looks like I'm watching tv... it's a crazy gulf war movie... nothing that really epic to me... this game will be like this till the end of time, or Future... there is nothing like playing a part of history... this is what most of my grand parents did... this is Somewhat like the feeling my Grandpa had when he was trying to move up into a Euro country village...

i have lots of friends who are fighting and did fight in the dessert today... they say the game is somewhat like the real thing... but, it's not like how it was back in the day... you can't change that.... Cod5 is a different side this time around in WW2... no more Germans Nazis trying to take your head off... now the Japs are at our shoreline... Pear just got sucker punched... and half of our navy fleet is under the waves... what do we do? how do we do it? well... we take back every single god damn Island they took... and drive the good 'ole U.S. of A. Fist right into the Japanese Face... of Japan... Land, Air and Sea battles will never be like this again... Dogfights will never be this Huge... More young souls will fight for what is right

and never back down... Never Surrender... from the Subs under all the lifeboats on the open seas... to the Jungle infested Islands... to the Flack filled Air... this Is Call Of Duty 5... Welcome back... Soldier... This is your Final tour of Duty...

my friends play CoD4 all the time, they said they hope 5 doesnt go to WWII, to be honest, there two many WWII games, Cod1-3, MOH, and Battlefield, and Bad Company..i mean its ike trying to recreate GTA, once someone perfects it you just cant do it, just go to something new, and we cant do sci-fi, because MGS took that over....so i would just say stick to modern, and hey do iraq, and if you enter in a cheat, you get a chance to shoot bush..and like Canada said, it was the number one online game on both next-gen consoles...dont go back to the old formula and WISH it will sell, because it really wont sell, thats like ps4 going to the ps2 design, it just wont work
