Should i get the Official PS3 Headset or should i get the PS3 Eye?

The main reason i want one of these is because i want to be able to talk on PlaystationHome and on COD5...

I dont care about background noise because im upstairs and nobody is in my room ( will it pick up sound through walls or doors?).

I'd say headset. Headset can be muted, not sure about the cam.

But do you have the eyetoy cam from a PS2? I plugged that into my PS3 and it worked. So i have a headset and a cam.

i forgot to mention that i also want to try out the eye toy's gadgets like stop motion animation.... so i think my vote is tipped to the eye but if anyone can say anything bad about it or good about the headset, please.
