does anyone know of a video editor that i could tkae videos on my computer and change them to fullscreen or widescreen vids?

Wait, what? Do you want to stretch 4:3 videos to 16:9 and vice versa? I wouldn't recommend that, your videos will look stretched.

I use any video converter there is a free version and a pro version.

i sort of mean that i take a fullscreen vid and turn it into a widescreen vid. i dont really care about it being stretched or not.

A fullscreen video on a PSP would be widescreen. You mean 4:3, with black borders either side and you want to stretch it fullscreen? You do realise you can do that whilst playing the video on the PSP?

The funnest and most annoying setting on the psp or any of the video playing systems is the options to change the view aspect. press triangle during a movie and there is an aspect option. also, a good converter for all around that is free is SUPER. i use it for all my systems.

Well you didn't make that very clear, since this is in the other consoles section.

Although again, you don't need to modify the files. Most good players will change the aspect ratio of videos whilst they're playing, VLC Media Player for example.
