Here is the release from the "Official website": https://henkaku.xyz/.

This also works for the Playstation TV, here is a write up for that: How to: Re-enable PSTV Whitelist on 3.60 PS Vita, with HENkaku - Wololo.net.

    A vid tutorial:

The .xyz is working again but either one will work. I'm going to Whitelist my PSTV tonite via Henkaku.

There is an update for the PS Vita (3.61 I assume). If your using Henkaku, DO NOT UPDATE your PS Vita or PSTV

so i got around installing henkaku after the application was updated. I didn't know you needed a FTP for the offline mode installation.

This is a just in case moment since I haven't hacked a system since the psp lol.

Anyways installing henkaku is quick on my system get the offline mode go to henkaku.xyz/showcase/ and download the .vpk on the pc and use filezilla, have henkaku installed go to module on the vita and run application.

Hit "select" on the vita, use the FTP host number follow by port (1337) seems like everyone has the same port.

Once access to the vita using the information drag and drop the .vpk file into OxU folder in the vita, When done go back to the vita, go to the UxO folder and scroll down to the .vpk file (will highlight in green) and install using "x" Then done.

I suggest to also create a folder of your own in the UxO folder to keep all the .vpk files in check.

You will of course need filezilla for any other homebrew installation from here on out.
