proprietary HDD sizes (can't upgrade past 250GB)
overpriced controllers/play&charge kits (pretty much the EXACT same hardware found in wireless PS2 controllers are found in the 360 contollers while the PS2 controllers are less than half the price of a 360 controller. Also all PS3 controllers are wireless and charge by USB. You'd have to pay at least another 20 bucks for that ability on the 360 side)
online service (it aint as godlike as you 360 users claim it to be. I've owned a 360 and played online with it. Gamertag: Speedup80)
hardware issues (need I say more?)
online purchases (Can't really transfer your purchase your purchases too easily between multiple 360s should you decide to get another 5 or 6 after they've all broken on you)
See how this back and forth gets real old fast?
