ps3 system storage

I went and turned my ps3 on this morning and it is sayin "the data
base system on the storage will be rebuilt" it was working just fine lastnight i was streaming some movies is there anyway there csn be a virus or anything. It will not go past this screen i have to press ok have no other options.

i go threw this sumtimes but im not sure what causes this. i dont think viruses have anything to do with it.
when i let the ps3 rebuild, the only thing i notice is that my music and videos r unorganized. so i have to reorganize them. no harm done.

this normaly happens when the ps3 is not shutdown right or your hard drive might be slowly going so i would back up your ps3 just to be safe
