1.Note down your: IP address, IP mask, Gateway, Host and Base Statio all of which can usually be found in your internet settings in the control panel*
2.In your browser, go to 'http://192.168.1.1/'
3.Click on: 'Configuration'->'Advanced'->'Wireless'
4.*There will be four choices; if it says:
'WPA security only', go to step 6
'WEP security only', go to the next step.
5.Your WPA is your network key, in other words the password you created when you first set up your wireless connection (secutriy measure)
6.On your PSP, click [New Connection]
7.Now select 'scan' then it should find your livebox, select it.
8.It should now say 'SSID' which is your 'service set identifier' which is basically the name of your livebox in techno-terms
9.Choose your security(from step 4), which should be selected automatically.
10.Now type in your WEP key you found earlier if you chose 'WEP security only' (should be 26 digits long)
Or, type in your WPA key if you chose 'WPA key only'
11.Re-check your settings are correct.
12.Save the connection
13.Congratulaions! You should now be able to connect!
*If you chose 'WPA security only' and it didn't work, go to step 3 again and choose 'WEP security only' whcih should work. BUT, this may disconnnect you PC connection, in which case swap back to 'WPA security only', ~OR~ if you don't want to lose your PSP connection, go to your internet settings and fill out the required fields, from the settings you noted in step 1.
If you followed all the steps VERY CAREFULLY and you are definite your PSP wi-fi connection won't work, email me at scaryoven@hotmail.com or PM me and i will do my best to help you.
