I kno the psp can go up to 8GB on a memory stick pro duo. but ive seen and heard of a new memory stick called Memory Stick PRO-HG duo, and its faster, better quality, and it can go up to 32GB. Does anyone kno if it is compatible with the psp? heres alink to the official sony memory stick site: memorystick.com | Memory Stick Basics
Theoretical maximum for the Memory Stick PRO Duo is also 32GB. If you'll only be using it on the PSP, you probably won't notice any increase in speed so it's not really worth the price premium.
-> still can't figure out whyYes, PRO-HG is compatible with the PSP. I guess you could compare it to the Sandisk Ultra II line. Albeit, you probably won't notice any difference on your PSP.
There is currently no 32GB Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo or PRO Duo. That's just the theoretical maximum of the format. It hasn't actually been mass manufactured yet. The maximum that has been released so far is 8GB but since that has dropped down in price significantly, I'm pretty sure 16GB sticks aren't that far off.
-> still can't figure out whyHoly crap, 32GB!!
Thats unbelievable space!
and i though 8GB's was big, lol
Tell me about it. I've still got one of those 5 1/4" 1.2 MB floppies. My old HDD (Seagate, works perfectly with no bad sectors) only has 20 GB. Compare those to the thumbnail-sized PRO Duos...
-> still can't figure out whylolz 8gb is not big 1yotta byte is big
1yotta byte=1 TRILLION terabytes
how dat?
dude ive been studying computers for 5 years yotta byte does exist but they dont exist as 1 drive no one has 1yb yet
