    mine is not the same. mine is SanDisk Ultra II Memory Stick PRO Duo 8GB. this one is faster.

    got it in the mail today. works fine. dowmnloaded some games, all of them work. also has a warranty certificate from SanDisk...

    conclusion: NOT FAKE

    confirmed, safe to buy from Amazon (ANTOnline retailer)
