Must-have applications/plugins for the PSP?

Well, as happy iPhone modder, I've come across alot of threads on the iPhone forums where people post the must-have apps for the iPhone, so I thougt that it might be a good idea? (Haven't been able to find such a thread?)...

I've just recently got my first PSP and I'm about to start getting CFW on it and so on, so it would really be nice to get some pointers.

Please post your apps/plugins with a description of what it does.

The only homebrew i HAVE to have is gpSP 0.9.

psposte is great, but it doesnt support imap, which makes it just about useless to me.
