Can anyone explain it. Theres alot of antennas you can buy that increase "dBi" range, I think I read somewhere that 2 dBi is standard for WiFi. There's antennas that can increase it to 14dBi that I've seen by Hawking. Can this increase be expressed in feet or some type of physical measurement I'm really confused and don't want to buy an antenna that increases the range if I don't know how much. Because if you buy a big enough antenna technically you should be able to pick up WiFi for miles if they make them that big lol. I think there's a Barnes & Nobles a few miles away...
