Psp mods.. which one

So, I'm new to the site first off. Secondly, I'm really interested in buying a modded psp so that I can play one specific game, which is FFIX (and maybe ffvii too) However, I'm a complete nub when it comes to knowing what I need. I know nothing about mods. I'm looking to buy an already modded psp on ebay. What will I need in order to play FFIX? (that includes playing through the complete game from beginning to end with ability to save.)

You will need custom firmware psp, popstation, and the game.
