Hi guys, well it seems that my Psp screen is cracked. It works and all but the screen is totally black, all there is are cracks on the lower left corner. Any way i can fix this? Maybe open it up and buy another screen or some shit like that?

Buying another screen is easy. Just google it. Doesn't cost much.
What do you guys think of this LCD touch screen for the PSP?
SparkFun Electronics - Color 24-Bit LCD 4.3" PSP Touch Screen
Lmfao. The exact same thing happened to me. Top-left corner too.
I punched my screen out of anger. Then I started to cry. I would buy a new screen, but I decided to just buy a new PSP because it's a pain replacing a screen.

ive seen a vid of someone replacing his lcd .. seems very very very very fucking easy
just thought that id mention, its actually pretty hard to replace it.... a psp can easily be broken from opening it up and changing something... i would recommend getting a new one or a used one for pretty cheap...
Its an easy change. Get it at dealextreme, you wont find it cheaper elsewhere.
My friend fixed his screen by taking apart an old broken PSP and just replaced the screen with it. DO you have any old PSPs laying around?
Changing the screen is easy. Takes 20 minutes max if its your first time opening it up. just take care and be gently.
Ok, well why not do this;
Instead of going out and spending $200 on a PSP right away, buy a screen and attempt to replace it with instructional videos on YouTube or other sources.
If you succeed, good, you have yourself your own sentimental PSP.
If you fail, then fall back on your initial plan of buying a new PSP.
