Slim PSP-2001 4.01 M33-2 Universal Remote?

Is there anyway for me to get a Universal Remote on my slim? I heard I couldn't because there is no IR support. Anyone know?

If you can, can you give me a link to the homebrew.

NOTE: I can downgrade to a lower version, or upgrade to a newer version if needed.

And the funny thing about it is...I'm not lying. She literally did, because I decided to buy her a new TV, bigger, and flat screen, for her house, and I took the other one and threw it out, because it was older than I am.
