Hey all,

I have a relatively new PSP-1003 with OFW 2.80. When I connect the PSP via USB cable to my computer, It asks me to format the memory card, whereas i've already formatted my memory card several times in the PSP. It just doesn't read my memory card via USB connection. However it does read the memory card via a memory card reader. A friends PSP is working perfectly via USB connection on my PC, but oddly, mine isn't. I don't know if this is a common problem, or some sort of fault, I hope someone has some sort of answer for me.

I've tried connecting it as a USB connection on a Windows 7 64Bit PC and a Windows Vista 32Bit. I don't see why it works perfectly in the memory card reader but not via usb in my PSP. Maybe the OFW 2.80 doesn't work with Windows 7 or Vista?
