OK so I had a 4.01M33-2 CFW PSP-1000 and I tried to install 5.00CFW not realizing I was skipping a step and my PSP was semi-bricked. I un-bricked it and recovered to 3.17 and back to 4.01M33-2 without realizing the 1.50 kernel wouldn't work. Also in the recovery where I usually switch from the 1.50 Kernel to 4.01M33-2 instead of saying 4.01M33-2 it said and I quote "5.XX" now the 1.50 kernel won't work >.<

I used a Tool battery with a MMS a couple times... No Fix... So I just used hellcat's flashed... No Dice... NOW I just re-installed the 1.50 kernel... Still No Dice!

What do I need to do in order to fix this because I miss GPSP >.<

So your back at 4.01 M33 and it does not give the option in Recovery mode for the 4.XX kernel?

Also have you tried the kernel update for 4.01 M33 or for 5.00 M33?

Yes I can't select the 4.XX kernel

and No I haven't tried the Kernel update because I figured flashing and reinstalling firmwares altogether would have fixed that. I was unaware you could even install only the kernel of a CFW.

Well after 3.52 M33 the 1.50 kernel was no longer bootstrapped along with the CFW install.For 3.71 and up you have to install the 1.50 kernel after you install the CFW.Make sure you get the right one for your Firmware.
