Help With Psp (putting games on fw 3.52)

Hi all ,

I have a psp running fw 3.52 i am trying to load games on to the memory stick some are cso files and other are iso...I have looked everywhere on how to load them on but when i put them on mem stick i do not see them in my psp.. .I am a pc expert but have no clue about psps can some one please help me with this.. i have downloaded about 50 games and cant even put one on lol
