i have cwcheat and well some issues lol

it works fine for psp games - half way there!

but when i try to play a psx game it fails to find any codes. Also it seems to fail to find the game itself as i only get the sony code come up and not a game name, also the code list is blank (obviously). Now i have got the db for psx games, it is loaded on the seplugins and all my plugins are enabled all two of them!

as i have said both enabled and as far as i know running correctly. The region is alos correct and i have editted the number on the database to match the 3rd disc (ff7 if it helps) before the number on the database was 94163, it is now 94165.

any assistance would be appreciated and scolding if needed lol

I knew I had to do something like that but never really bothered or cared but since you know.. what to do?

use the editor found on there site, add the cd id code to the list, change the cheatpops.db to cheatspops.doc, fine the ffvii codes ad copy them under the new cd id that you added then rename back to cheatpops.db open it in the editor and make sure they are there

ok i did that and to no avail. Anything else that i may not have done?

but i have the list, my prob is that cwcheat isn't recognizing the game so wont show the cheats.

out of curiosity what should the plugins read as (in text format)

it regonizes the diak, just the cheats for ff7 where ment to be used in multi-disk eboots and not single disk eboots

none of the saves work, but if i turn off all the plugins they do... confused - what wud cause this?

NO NO, turn cheats off cuz i had some enabled that wont load the save data when cheats is on

are you able to get the codes to work on psp games? im running 5.00m33-6. trying to get the codes to work for silent hill origins. when i enable the codes and return to the game, the game freezes.

any thoughts???

some codes are unstable, and will freeze just don't use em
