my psp cant play a video.

my psp with firmware 5.01 cant detect a video.
my video is already in mp4 format, and copied on a folder named VIDEO. and it doesnt show up. how can i fix this? please help me guys. i badly need it. thanks.

It might have the wrong codecs. Try reconverting it.

That happens sometimes. Certain converters will give you several options, one being iPod, one being PSP. Select PSP.

Right just google psp video converters and try a couple different ones untill you find one that works good for you
