A few mins ago I dropped my dear PSP 3000 which I have had for some 2 weeks now. I got shocked that just as it dropped, it went black and it wouldn't turn it. After charging, it was ok, but it made me a bit concerend that it only takes 1 drop for a PSP to go dead.

So I'm thinking of getting some protection..

DealExtreme: $14.78 Aluminum Protective Skin with Silicone Case for PSP
DealExtreme: $14.78 Aluminum Protective Skin with Silicone Case for PSP

What do you think? Will it be awkward with aluminium? Should I get silicone, rather?

PS: I live in Europe. I would need a site that ships globally or atleast to EU

Sorry for the mini-dump, I just needed 15 posts to post the URL correctly.

Still got the problem, though

I would personally go with the silicone casing since it's less bulky and brings more pleasure (jk lol)
but I do think it would be less bulky though. you should also think about getting a wrist strap...I have one of those and they work great. btw I have a psp 2001 and I have dropped it allot it still works good though.

Thanks bro, although I would appreciate if someone oculd comment weather aluminium is awkward to hold or if silicone is better.

Cheers

I use a wrist strap as well... Kinda blasphemous though since its a strap from a wii controller (stole from a friend)

haha that works too although I don't have any friends that have a wii
I got mine from a 20 dollar Pelican brand psp starter package that had headphones, screen protectors, a case, a usb charger and a wrist strap xD
