I was curious if anyone here has used one on a 3000? Really I'm curious if there might be a way to wire it up in a pspgo to put it in service mode. I know I would need firmware for the go but I'm curious if the light blue would put the go in service mode. Thoughts???

I heard datel was sued and that's why it wasn't finished and why it doesn't work on 3ks, it's a shame datel didn't succeed.

I don't think so, I think they continued to sell it after they were sued as normal pandra batteries that would put hackable 2000s into recovery mode.

I tried using it in "service" mode on a 2001 didnt do anything.

3000 on the package in a one 0line smaller then any font it says only "battery" or standerd mode on the 3000

felt bad becuase my girl bought it as a present

It absolutely isn't possible to hack a ta-088v3 2K, any 3K, or any go with any Pandora Battery. Sony has locked out that avenue with a hardware modification. They use a proprietary cable that plugs into the serial port in order to access service mode now.

And since I know you'll ask, the cable itself has been figured out. We just don't have the software or encryption keys in order to communicate with the NAND.

So short answer, no. Long answer, no.

I'd encourage you to read the rules for the forum. They're pretty straightforward and there aren't many of them. http://www.pspmod.com/forums/introdu...uncements.html

I modded my own pandora, but that wont work on a 3000 or go, I just wanted to know if the true light blue ever did work on the 3000. Guess not which sucks because I know the pspgo is all internal but I bet the configuration is the same roughly of a 3000 series. If the blue tool could put say the pspgo into service mode, I would just pay dark alex to make me some cfw for it then I would be the only one with a fully modded pspgo, haha j/k I would share.
