I am not new to the PSP scene, having a CFW PSP for about 2 years now. I am running a phat, and pressed the vsh menu to dump one of my new games to my computer and the PSP froze. I reset it and it would not come back on.

I held the R trigger down, trying to get into recovery to reflash but nothing will come up.

I inserted my Pandora battery with mms and still nothing. Is there anything else I can do? Should I be contacting Sony about repair? I am at my last resort here. Any help out there?

When you insert the pandora into your PSP, did a green light come on?

Make sure to charge the pandora battery first. Also, remake your MMS (if you can or want to).

Ok guys here is the deal. I successfully updated to 5.00 M33-6. I then tried to update to 5.50 GEN, and on reboot the screen stays blank. Any ideas?

use my guide in my sig for Gen...if you're running on 5.00m33-6, follow the Gen installation part 1st using my links on the bottom portion, if you're still getting errors, then try the troubleshooters starting with you using the mms/pandora combo.

i have all working links and multiple ways of fixing that issue you're getting...any problems, just post up in my guide and i'll help you out

it is really weird. I went back to 3.71 m33-2 and tried to start my snes emulator and the screen flashed real quick and semi bricked. I installed the 1.50 kernel addon and got the same thing. I think the PSP is really fried or something. IDK.

looks like you might need to do an idstorge fix.

pandora ans mms with DCv8 can do this. nand options > fix idstorge

And when I am in game I press the "Home" button to exit the game, my directional pad stops working. This is really strange.
