I have succesfully made a jap psn account and have enjoyed several demos and videos not avaliable here in the us... but I'm still not able to get what I want... I havn't yet figured out how to add a credit card because the region is set within the menus... albiet I can not read the charcters displayed, but it appears that no possible set of sequence of given options will make my card valid in the eyes of sony's servers. I would like to buy rockman 2 legit.. but I havn't found out how. If anyone has had any luck, rather then buying psn cards at an insane mark up rate I would appreciate the info.
