psp digital comic book reader?

I don't understand how this works.

I am running version 6.31 on psp 3000 system. I do not have this extra tab and I do not have a way of reading the online comics.

How &Where do you install the reader?

try emailing Sony about it then...it's not like you can reflash your psp with the firmware like we can. try customer service...another epic fail for ofw

I did contact Sony.

They ask to confirm my psp and firmware version and never replied back with a solution.

Contacted them 4 times repeatedly. They ask for the psp and firmware version and never got back to me.

Something is wrong and it appears they have no idea either. Not a huge loss, as I prefer reading the actual comic. But still WTF? There must be a reason why it updates everything except giving me this "extra" icon. Is there a goof on some of the psp batches, preventing them of having this feature? I have no idea.
