PSP 3001 Issue...???

Not sure if this is the appropriate section to post this question...and I am not a techy so be easy on me......

I have a PSP3001 which my son got a hold of and dropped. Since the drop I have not been able to power the unit on. I have tried with the AC adapter with no luck, also swapped batteries with my other sons PSP. So, probably not a battery issue.

When attempting to turn unit on the green power light will illuminate for a period of about 5-6seconds and then shut off. At no time will anything else appear as if it is attemting to power on.

What could it be and how can i fix it......???

it's bricked. you can't fix it, you have to send it to repairs
