Downgrading PSP 2001 6.20 HELP

I have a psp 2001. 6.20 it came with daxter special edition. It is hackable. I have pandora's battery. I have windows vista but i cant install ipl on my Memory Stick. I have tried Rain, pandora deluxe, and psp grader. but it always fails. pleaseeee helllppppp mmeeeee. Oh yeah i have a memory card adapter and not a psp usb.

right click rains mms, and click run as administrator

I already tried that and tried it again and still nothing. my memory stick is magic gate and it does support mms. it is only the ipl everything else installs perfectly fine on VISTA.

maybe try it on a computer with an older version of windows, like XP

I dont have any other computers that arent operating on vista. Isn't there a way around it.

maybe this will work, enable the vista admin account, then run it while signed in on it.

I enabled it but i still got the error. Vista, using mms, it always fails to create ipl general writing error. Should i use an older version, a different program anything really. I reallly need hellllpppp

Since my psp wasnt loading usb. i put my mms in my other one loaded it up on xp and created it there

I had the same issue once on Vista and others have posted the same problem before,so this is common with Vista (go figure, problems with Vista???, nah, couldnt be)....Windows 7 works also

You could've tried to option to run the program in an older version of windows .

Right click (On Program) > Properties > Compability > Run this program in compabilty mode for : Windows xp service pack 2
