depends on the game...may be too new, you may need the 5.50 Prome-4 patch for it

Hello everyone,
I probably have a "noobish problem" I tried to solve but with no luck, so I hope there is some solution to this.
I have PSP-1000 (yeah, phat one) with installed CFW version 5.50 GEN-D3.
When I try to start an .iso game file (the file is ok) my PSP back me with a message:
The game could not be started. (80020148).
I've putt an .iso file in the ISO folder that is in root on my memory card.
I tried this with UMD and with no UMD inserted in my PSP - 5.50 VSH MENU options for UMD ISO MODE Sony NO9660 and M33 driver, but with no luck.
Is there something more I have to configure or manage in PSP's Recovery menu? Maybe some tool I have to install.
Internet is full of everything - and to tell you I feel lost.
Thank you very much in advance.
P.S. Sorry for my bad english.![]()

im glad to see this.
The only thing you will do is patch your iso game using iso tools. Tried and tested by me. Congrats!
Use search button for iso tools.
Yeahhh you dont need iso tool. If you do the prome 4 patch you should all set like goku said. I had this issue on newer games before I updated to the prome 4 patch.
