i have a psp 3000 v6.60 module 09g and I've been trying to downgrade it to v6.20 or 6.35 for these past three days!
whenever i downgrade it in the psp a message appears saying my PSP is already updated there is no need to upgrade it or after the press x and x again thingy a black screen appears then i goes back to the "main page" (sorry, i dont know the correct term) and when i look at the system info it is still v6.60.

i do follow the direction carefully.

    please help. pleeaasee!?!!!

You have a 3000, correct??, use this:6.60LME-1.6 - Downloads - Sony PSP MODS and Hacks Forums, place the "installer" and "launcher" folders from the download into the "GAME" folder which is located in the "PSP" folder on your memory stick. Go to your PSP and run the "installer" first, follow any instructions and after it re-boots, run the "launcher". Once it re-boots, you will be on 6.60LME-1.6. If you turn off your PSP, all you have to do is run the "launcher" to re-activate the "Lite" CFW and it will re-boot into 6.60LME-1.6
