ok, my issue is, i have an unmodded darth vader edition psp that is up to date on firmwares, but it won't connect to my laptop running windows seven premium 32 bit (i think) i go into my device manager but all i see for other devices is coprocessor with a yellow triangle next to the image for it that has an exclamation mark in it, due to that fact i can't mod it or hack it or anything like that, i've checked all my usb ports i should be using the right usb cable, i go to connection mode on it before connecting the cable but still nothing, i even turn on the wlan to see if that will help.... i've been surfing around for a while even reading a few posts on here but nothing has helped me so far.... please assist??

Does your PSP have a memory stick in it?, also, when you connect the two, does the PSP tell you its connected to the Laptop?

EDIT: How are you trying to connect the two?

Thats odd........you can try to restore default setting on it and see if that helps or install CFW and try that way also. There is a fuse on the mobo that if it failed, will prevent the PSP from being able to read the USB cable connection

Yes it does but the USB thingy is puzzling??. Does your PSP tell you to use a USB cable to connect to your PC?

If you remove the card and connect the PSP via the USB cable, it should say, "There is no Memory Stick inserted", does it?
