memory stick increase?

probably a stupid question but, is it possible? to increase the size of a 4gb memory card with out buying a new one? i.e using some kind of software?

that thing only changes the information of your USB or MEMORY STICK..
try using that tool,, afterward, try putting some files that are larger that the original capacity of your USB or MEMORY Stick..

thank you all for your input!!! i figured it wasnt possible but it was worth a shot! i saw through searching google that anything lower than 4 gigs could be expanded to 4 gigs! i e 1 gig to 2gig ect... but nothing on expanding 4 gigs... was just curious! trying to save money for moving but wanted more memory on my psp!! tho i found a bad ass wholesale site that sells 32gb for 34 bucks!!! its on my bday wish list!
