Does emulators work on 3.03 OE-C?

Sorry that this sounds like a noob question. But Ive seen it only worked for 1.5?

Ive just succesfully downgrade my psp to 3.03 OE-C today.
Got loads of ISO's and stuffs, just that this emulator thing is bugging me.

1. Search next time.
2. make a folder called GAME150 in the psp folder, next to GAME and photo etc.
3. put emulators in the game150 folder.

Yeah create the folder GAME150 and then just place the two Emulator folders in it;

example:

SNES and SNES%

And it'll show up in your game memory stick thing.
