Error, question?

Whenever I try to launch my Resident Evil - Director's Cut I get the error that reads:

"The game could not be started.
(80000004)"

What does this mean?

well is it in the game folder.

i also get that but with the dual shock verson

Yeah, it's in the game folder... I've been trying at this for weeks. It is the dual shock version I believe, I only know that is is the Director's Cut.
