Ok, found the fix for RE2. You'll need Popstation GUI. I used v3.0b. I suggest you do the following on a copy of the original eboot, as this step will overwrite the files in the directory with the same name.
Step 1 - Run Popstation Gui, select 'browse' next to PSX Image. Select RE2 (disc 1 or 2 - steps will be the same for both) and click open.
Step 2 - Next go down and to the right. You will see a button that says 'Change Game Save and Game ID...' Click it.
Step 3 - Click the Game ID tab and select 'SLPS' and in the box next to it enter '01222' Afterwards click 'Ok'
Step 4 - Now that your on the next page you can do two things. First is to compress the EBOOT. Second is to patch and go on. To compress, just click the box 'Recompress EBOOT'. It will allow you to enter a compression rate from 0-9.
Step 5 - Now that you have decided to 'compress or not to compress' you only have to select your output file, and click go. It will do all the work for you. Afterwards you have a nice little EBOOT and is 'Police station friendly'.
Just drop your KEYS.BIN file in the folder, and drop the folder in the GAME folder. You good to go. Happy Zombie Hunting!
Heh... we've known that for a while now. But thanks for your time![]()
